Refund Policy

1. Discounted first payment
Your purchase includes initial access for US$0.99 (or the equivalent in your local currency), which covers a 7-day trial period. The US$29.99 monthly charge (or the equivalent) begins on day 8, when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. If you cancel during the 7-day trial, you are not charged the US$29.99 monthly fee. Cancelling is how you avoid the recurring charge.
2. The US$0.99 charge
The initial US$0.99 charge is for immediate access to your result and is non-refundable, since access is delivered instantly.
3. Monthly renewals
When you cancel, future billing stops from the next period onward. The monthly period already paid is not refunded, but you keep access until the end of that period.
4. How to cancel or request a refund
Cancel from the customer portal (link in your confirmation email or at astra.braintestacademy.com/account) or email us at support@braintestacademy.com. We review refund requests case by case for clearly erroneous or duplicate charges.
