1. What we collect
We collect your email, confirmation that you are 18 or older, answers and relationship preferences, plus the generated portrait and report. We may also process language, approximate country, IP address and technical browser identifiers. Card and billing data is processed directly by Stripe; we do not store or see your full card number.
2. How we use it
We use this data to generate and deliver your symbolic portrait and report, administer your subscription, protect the service and send transactional messages related to your purchase.
3. Third parties and advertising
We use Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting and Resend for transactional email. With your consent, Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API measure commercial events such as a visit, checkout start or purchase. Meta may receive hashed identifiers such as email, name, billing address and an external identifier, but never your answers, preferences or portrait. You can decline this measurement in the privacy notice. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention
We retain your data while your account/subscription is active and as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@braintestacademy.com.
